Dr. Vigil is a lifelong artist, educator, and professional arts administrator.   He is a recognized arts authority

and artist.   He is currently the Director of the University of Northern Colorado Graduate School in

Denver, Colorado.

Abe has won multiple arts awards in statewide, national and in one instance

international competitions.   He is multi-talented in that he works in multiple medias

and has been recognized in painting, sculpture and jewelry.

 

 

Dr. Vigil is currently in the process of writing a book defining the characteristics

  of creativity.
